If you have been given a FPN by National Enforcement Solutions (NES) with a reference number containing 9 digits then you can pay online using your notice number.

Alternatively you can pay via cash or card at your local PayPoint using the barcode located at the bottom of your FPN.

• Follow the instructions to complete your representation submission and include your email address to receive a response

• Attach any supporting evidence if applicable as well as your 9 digit FPN number

• If you do not have access to online submission methods, send a written representation to Environmental Enforcement, PO Box 250, Deeside, CH5 9FL.

• Ensure that the letter includes all relevant details and any supporting documents, including your 9-digit FPN number.
